Anti Vortex Fittings

A liquid vortex is swirling or a circular movement of the liquid. These vortexes are common in inductor tanks, cone bottom tanks, and fully drainable leg tanks. Vortexes occur when draining or transferring liquid from these tanks and it causes unstable movement of the liquid. This unstable movement allows for air to get in your lines and takes longer to drain or transfer liquids. Anti-vortex simply stops that unwanted movement of the liquid.
